To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 60-day window and include your order number and purchase details.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns may not always be required to process a refund. If a return is requested, the product must:
Be purchased directly from the Third Kind Labs website
Be requested within 60 days of delivery
Be returned in its original packaging when applicable
Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
